The 500 Hour Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training is intensive and provides a good opportunity to deepen your Hatha, Ashtanga, Yoga practice. The 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course includes the study and practice of Asana (Primary and Intermediate Series of Ashtanga, & Hatha), Pranayama, Meditation, Kriyas, and Alignment and Adjustment Workshop.

Rishikesh Yogalaya is registered both as RYS 200 and RYS 300 to run the more advanced Multi- Style 500-hour yoga teacher training which comes after the foundational 200-hour yoga teacher training course. 200-hours and 300-hours Yoga Teacher Training at Rishikesh Yoga India are affiliated with Yoga Alliance USA.

The 500 Hour Yoga certificate course is a combination of the two-yoga teacher training program. In the first program 200 hours yoga teacher trainee, you will learn the Primary Series of Asana. The next 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training Program is dedicated to the Intermediate Series of Asana.

However, the Rishikesh Yogalaya recommends at least one year of daily practice of the Primary Series before beginning the Intermediate Series. The candidate should be adequately fit to opt for the Intermediate Series of Asanas. The Intermediate Series must be undertaken only when the body is physically fit to reap the advantages of the more advanced series. You need to have a steady and constant flow of asana so that you can learn the more difficult asana without strain.

After the completion of the 500-hour yoga teacher training in India, you will be able to teach yoga to beginners as well as advanced level students in your classes. You will gain more experience in Yoga,so you can become a more experienced and knowledgeable Yoga teacher. You will also be able to teach yoga with more confidence. You will learn very useful and practical anatomy and physiology of asanas and you will learn how to apply this knowledge to your teaching classes.

Our 500-hour advanced yoga teacher training course is a 2 Month intensive yoga program designed to deepen your already existing knowledge and foundations of yoga. It is combining of 200-hour YTTC batch (25 days) & 300-hour YTTC batch (28 days). We give a few days rest in between of 200- hour YTTC program and 300-hour YTTC program.
This course will provide you knowledge of advance yoga teaching skills. After completion of 500-hour yoga teacher training, you can teach beginner, intermediate and advanced students with clarity and confidence. Our unique designed multi-style advance yoga course provides training in three main styles of yoga: Hatha (including traditional and therapeutic), Ashtanga Yoga. In addition, you will gain in-depth knowledge of pranayama, meditation, and philosophy. The course will provide you knowledge of advanced yoga teaching skills as well as an understanding of deeper yoga philosophy. This program will facilitate you to get registered as RYT–500 and creates the new opening for you teach anywhere in the world. This course is meant to carry you further along your journey as a teacher and prepare you for a more advanced level and transformative power of yoga.
